Throughout 2009, we are implementing a number of changes to improve our overall service and delivery times in particular. Phase one (completed in March) involved a complete reorganisation of our warehouse and Phase two involves the introduction of a new back office computer system in early 2010.
Terms and Conditions
We do our very best to dispatch products which are in stock within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your order. Occasionally we do have popular products which sell out quickly and it may take a couple of days to restock. If you have not heard from us within 10 days, please drop us an email at sales@graphicus.co.uk with full details of your order.
Standard Delivery Terms:
Delivery is made through Royal Mail (for small items) or Parcelforce for larger items. A signature is required for Parcelforce deliveries, so please bear this in mind when choosing your shipping address.
Our online shopping system is set up with shipping rates for the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you live outside these areas, please email sales@graphicus.co.uk before placing your order.
