We do our very best to dispatch products which are in stock within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your order. Occasionally we do have popular products which sell out quickly and it may take a couple of days to restock. If you have not heard from us within 10 days, please drop us an email at sales@graphicus.co.uk with full details of your order.
Standard Delivery Terms:
Delivery is made through Royal Mail (for small items) or Parcelforce for larger items. A signature is required for Parcelforce deliveries, so please bear this in mind when choosing your shipping address.
Our online shopping system is set up with shipping rates for the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you live outside these areas, please email sales@graphicus.co.uk before placing your order.

Mainland UK
£3.50 on orders to the value of £79.99
Free of charge on orders over £80.00
Other UK (including, but not limited to, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles)
£3.50 on orders up to 2kg in weight
£15.00 on orders between 2kg and 10kg in weight
we will advise you of the cost before shipping if your parcel is over 10kg
Europe
£7.50 on orders up to 1kg in weight
For items that weigh more than 1kg when packaged, we use our courier - see below for rates.
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
£9.50 on orders up to 2kg in weight
£35.00 on orders between 2kg and 10kg in weight
